We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

The IPTV service is not working at all, and you have contacted our support team and allowed us to troubleshoot the issue.

The issue is on our side (e.g., server downtime or activation failure), not due to your device, internet connection, or incorrect setup.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.

Your device is incompatible or improperly configured.

You experienced buffering or lag caused by a slow or unstable internet connection.

You failed to follow our installation/setup instructions.

⏳ Refund Request Window
All eligible refund requests must be made within 48 hours of your initial purchase. Requests made after this period may not be processed.

🔁 Subscription Cancellations
