✅ Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The IPTV service is not working at all, and you have contacted our support team and allowed us to troubleshoot the issue.

  • The issue is on our side (e.g., server downtime or activation failure), not due to your device, internet connection, or incorrect setup.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • Your device is incompatible or improperly configured.

  • You experienced buffering or lag caused by a slow or unstable internet connection.

  • You failed to follow our installation/setup instructions.

  • You purchased the wrong package or subscription length.


⏳ Refund Request Window

All eligible refund requests must be made within 48 hours of your initial purchase. Requests made after this period may not be processed.

  2. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Allow us up to 24–48 hours to investigate and resolve the issue.

  4. If we cannot resolve the issue and it’s eligible, we will issue a full or partial refund.


🔁 Subscription Cancellations

All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable after activation. However, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
